what’s it cost? and what’s included?
each option below will include an initial visit with me at your home to meet me, greet the animal(s), and answer any and all questions you have…free of charge, of course!
first walk free!
surprises for your pet’s birthday (and yours as well)!
a 20-30 minute visit includes a walk (usually about a mile depending on age, heat or health concerns), outside to potty, playtime and check water + food. of course i’ll retrieve your mail and packages and tidy up where needed and the time can be adjusted if needed . . . $20, depending on location
dog/cat/fish/etc. housesitting includes all of the above and anything else you need (plant care - i’m not a gardener but i can follow instructions and i. have. receipts!), pool cleanout, wash sheets and remake the bed i sleep in, etc. and whatever else we discuss . . . $60-75/day, depending on location + needs
dogsitting in our home = one of our favorite things to do! this is one of the easiest ways to care for other dogs, pending they get along well with our two pups. we also have a giant dog door and a large fenced backyard to romp and sniff. you can rest easy knowing your pet has at least two playmates at all times and possibly four if our children are involved. they go to bed tired and happy every night! . . . $45-75/day depending on dogs + needs
end of life appointment . . . it’s the worst. the absolute worst. the worst part of having an animal in your life is that we sign on to outlive them most of the time. if you don’t want to go on your own or at all (i don’t encourage this), i will be there with you. i will cry with you and help walk you through those hard decisions at the end . . . NO CHARGE
believe me, i know all of that can sound expensive; however, as a fellow entrepreneur told me once, “for $47/night, your dog can stay in a cage, get kennel cough and parasite and have an hour of interaction a day.” staying at home or with a trusted sitter is always worth it.
whatever you choose, you’ll have 24/7 phone and text access to me, and you’ll get texted pictures and updates of your favorite furry friend whenever i see them.
